Interkommunal Innkjøpsordning Nedre Romerike

IINR, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender competition for the purchase of legal services, case processing and measures in child welfare services.
Suppliers can submit tenders on following lots:
Purchase of attorney services
Purchase of consultants for case processing
Purchase of private agents for various child welfare measures
All parallel framework agreements shall call-off with mini tenders. The evaluation of the mini tenders are described in the tender documents w / attachments.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
It is notified that an expansion of the resource team in Soerum, AHK and Fet shall also include guidance to foster homes during the agreement period. This shall include that the service for guidance to foster homes can be reduced within these 3 municipalities.

Solidity
It is required that the supplier shall have good economic and financial solidity.
The bidder shall enclose a credit rating. The creditworthiness score that shall be used as a basis to be eligible for this competition is a rating of an 'A' (creditworthy) / AN (newly established).
Documentation requirement:
Provide a credit rating minimum good solidity is not older than 1 year. The rating must be issued by an approved credit rating institution such as a bank and credit companies.
