IINR 1303 Travel agency services

Interkommunal Innkjøpsordning Nedre Romerike

IINR, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to an open tender competition for the establishmet of a framework agreement with a service provider of travel agency services in accordance with this document and annexes. The contract is for travel agency services including an electronic travel portal where we can place orders/search for the most optimal journey/overnight stays in accordance with the contract's limits. The contract shall apply for both individual official journeys and for groups. The aim is to work continually to develop the most rational and economical journeys, so that the time used, price and quality always has the best total result for the awarding authority.
Unfortunately we do not currently have any uniform overview of journeys in the cooperating municipalities as this is the first joint procurement of travel agency services. IINR does not currently have a contract with an airline or hotel chain and would like to use the service provider's offered prices. Necessary training is also a part of the procurement. The tender must fulfil all the relevant laws, norms and regulations.
