ICT based booking system for core facility administration

NTNU/DMF would like tenders for a web based/SaaS system that can support and facilitate the administration of instruments and services for core facilities; a data managed booking system. The concept (SaaS system) offered to NTNU/DMF in this tender must be a system that is ready developed and implemented at the tenderer's existing customers. The aim of the booking system is:
— to give users an overview of instruments, services and prices,
— keep an overview of orders,
— generate invoices based on orders and user fees,
— generate core facility statistics.
