IKT Agder IKS
IKT Agder IKS implemented a new IAM system in 2009. In the last four years the system has been expanded and adapted to the company's needs.
The system that was chosen and is currently used is Oracle's OIM-suite.
IKT Agder IKS would like, via a procurement process, to reassess which IAM tool the company shall use in the future.
The company can decide to continue with the current system if this continues to give the wanted functionality and price.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Tenderers shall be a legally registered company.
Tenderers shall have 0 NOK in tax or VAT arrears.
Tenderers shall have a HSE certificate as requested that is not older than 6 months.
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof
Tenderers shall have the financial solidity to provide and maintain the offered system.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

IKT Agder would like possible tenderers to state a minimum of three (3) references for completed IAM customer projects. See template 1 in the attahced document.
The references shall be complete and signed by the awarding authority/customer.
IKT AGder must be able to contact the awarding authority/customer.
Tenderers shall at a minimum have delivered an IAM system to 2 major customers that can be compared in complexity with IKT Agder IKS.
Tenderers shall give a total of three references.
