Alta Municipality invites to a competition without negotiations for the operation of fast ferry service between Alta and Hammerfest during the period 1.1.2014–31.12.2015.
Tender Package: Express Route Alta - Storekorsnes - Hammerfest
The contract is based on the principle of net contract.
The tender is also regarded as an application for a license for the operation of the route, and the tenderer who is chosen will have exclusive rights to operate the route connections during the license/contract period .
Finnmark County Council grants licenses for the operation of passenger transport by vessel, see "Regulations on occupational domestic transportation by motor vehicle or vessel", § 3
