The tenderer must substantiate that the delivery complies with all specified and agreed upon requirements. If this is not substantiated, the tender will be rejected. Qualification requirements in relation to production, equipment, installation and testing, shall as a minimum be in accordance with NS-ISO 9000 or other adequate quality assurance system adapted the nature of the procurement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts);
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
Supplier information:
Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the supplier is established or sworn in, and certified statement, possibly company registration certificate.
Certificate issued by the competent authority in the country where the supplier is established, which confirms that the supplier has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of establishment.

Statement of the Awarding Authority's possibilities to conduct quality control during the manufacturing period.
02 Documentation:
Complete drafts of addition and chassis with electric/hydraulic/ pneumatic installations.
Brochures and user manuals for all equipment included in the tender. The brochures and user manuals shall be in Norwegian.
