Brønnøysundregistrene

The Brønnøysund Register Centre has an extensive production of print outs. The existing high volume production printers shall be replaced. Approx. 20 000 pages are produced per 24 hours on all weekends. Tenders are wanted for two printers that have the necessary capacity and stability to produce this volume during 2-3 hours.
We would only like tenders for the procurement of new equpment, hire/leasing is not relevant. The offered system shall have an expected lifetime of a minimum of 4 years with an operational stability of 95 % or better.

Suppliers are required to have sufficient economic and financial ability to fulfil the assignment/contract. The supplier's solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be central in this assessment.

If a supplier has valid reasons as to why this documentation cannot be provided, or if the financial situation has changed significantly since the last submitted accounts, the supplier can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. If a supplier has such a valid reason, he shall contact the awarding authority in writing to clarify which other documentation can be accepted. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating.
