HFK is conducting this procurement in co-operation with Municipalities in the County. HFK is co-operating with Sunnhordland Inter-municipal Purchasing Forum, Council for Healthy Hordaland, Hardanger purchasing co-operative and Voss Municipality in this competition.
We request tenders for a framework agreement for office and school supplies.
Office and school supplies means goods within the product groups: Office supplies, free school supplies, copy paper and computer supplies. Supplier shall deliver all products within these groups.
Estimated total annual sales for office and school supplies is about 8 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This figure is based upon estimates from statistics and historical data. Award authority therefore retains the right to change the volume based upon the budget situation within HFK and co-operating municipalities.
The length of the framework agreement will be two years starting from 1.2.2014. There will be an option to extend the framework agreement by a further 1 +1 year, so that the agreement's overall length can be 4 years.
Through this procurement there will be an option for the product group:
— Computer supplies.
The option will be for 1+1+1+1 year.
