Hordaland County henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a contract regarding delivery of food stuff to the Awarding Authority. Presently, approx. 30 schools operate canteens and/or use food stuff for educational purposes (restaurant and cuisine subjects, etc). The number of schools and units included in the agreement may vary during the agreement period and the supplier must be able to deliver to all upper secondary schools in Hordaland county as well as other units in the county.
The estimated annual value of food stuff bought by the Awarding Authority is 14 000 000 NOK. It is emphasised that the stated value is an estimate based on statistics and information from the Awarding Authority's existing suppliers and own financial data. Reservation is made in relation to alterations in volume, based on e.g. financial situations that will influence the Awarding Authority's activities.
The Awarding Authority will enter into framework agreements with up to four suppliers. The framework agreement period is from autumn 2013 until autumn 2015. Option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation of the framework agreement period. Optimal contract period is 4 years.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for the entire assignment or parts of it. I.e. tenders for the following (product groups 1, 2, 3 and/or 4):
1. Meat products.
— Meat.
— Fowl and poultry.
— Game.
2. Dairy products.
3. Seafood.
4. Remaining food stuff.
— Frozen vegetables and fruits.
— Fresh vegetables and fruits.
— Baker's products and flour confectionery.
— Fresh baker's products and bake-off.
— Flour and flour products.
— Groceries.
— Ice cream.
— Fizzy lemonade and mineral water
