The project is planned up to and including the general permission and sent out for a turnkey contract for pricing and possible implementation.
The club location for Vigør which faces the artificial turf (1 floor plan 4-5/b-h axis), which is priced as an option. It must be noted that the performance of the project can be without these club locations. The walls and ceilings against the areas performed as a complete as exterior walls and covered of the outer area in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
The project has the following main facilities (including the options). Built-up area is approx. 2150m² and the usage area is approx. 3020m².
The main plan is a cote + 102,6 and ridge height / ceiling is C + 113,7 with a regulated maximum height of C + 113,7 m
The building consists of a multi-purpose hall, miniature shooting range and club premises for Vigør. The three main areas are connected of additional functions as the input areas, social spaces, club areas and subordinate rooms, and technical areas.
All contractors shall submit tenders for two options: TEK 10 houses and passive houses. Contractors who submit only bids for one of the alternatives will be rejected.
