Demolition of Smedstua School for adult education. The area is 3 600 m² of which 3 300 m² are in the ground floor and 300 m² are in the first floor. Closed fences shall be erected around the school and these fences are kept until new Haugenstua School is completed. The fences shall have an automatic gate. Temporary foot path to Semdstua gård kindergarten, situated at the south side of the school and temporary road for construction purposes shall also be constructed.

A reference person should also be stated and the Awarding Authority shall be given authority to contact the this person.
