Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Godlia school shall be extended with a new 4 storey extension with 12 classrooms with the accompanying functions. The connection to the existing building also requires some minor alteration works. The extension is designed as a low energy building. In addition an existing pavilion shall be demolished and the accompanying outdoor works. The project is planned to be carried out as a general contract.

Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include the key figures for the last three accounting years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit rating if necessary.

If a contractor has valid reasons as to why he cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above mentioned documentation requirements, the awarding with assess other suitable documentation.

— An overview of assignments carried out in the last 5 years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall state the value of the work, the date and place of the work and to what extent the work was professionally and properly carried out. A reference person ought to be given and Undervisningsbygg is allowed to contact this person.

— Information on education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company's administrative management (competence matrix).
— Provision of a reference for up to three relevant projects carried out in the last three years with information on the project's name, size and completion date.
— Quantified waste in kg/m2 for up to three relevant projects with information on the project's name, size and completion date.
— An account of the contractor's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years.
— Central certification for a statement that the company is qualified for local certification.
— Certificate for the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by an independent body that confirms that the contractor fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.
— The awarding authority will also accept other documentation that shows that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures.
— An account of the existing routines or a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS).

— Procedures for carrying out the assignment in an environmentally responsible way.
