Framework GNSS- instruments, total stations, levels, GNSS/GIS solutions and GNSS for VegReg

Statens vegvesen (SVV), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, is a major user of various types of surveying and geodesy instruments. Total stations were introduced in the late 1970's and GPS has been used for geodesy and surveying since 1986. Digital levelling instruments have been used since 1993. Today are both GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and total stations used for a variety of surveying by the Awarding Authority, for among other things fundamental net, property measurements, terrain models, detailed measurements, inspections/laying out. In addition, has the Awarding Authority in recent years adopted GNSS in connection with registration in the NVDB (National Road Data Bank), road network and FKB. GNSS is also used in connection with geotechnics, planning and design, and in connection with the operation of the road network. In this connection is GNSS used for VegReg and GNSS / GIS solutions. As of today, the Awarding Authority has nationwide approx. 105 units GNSS instruments, approx. 55 units of total stations and approx. 8 units of digital leveling instruments that are used for different land surveying purposes. In addition, the Awarding Authority has approx. 22 units of GNSS for VegReg and approx. 32 units of GNSS / GIS solutions. The instruments have varying ages and there will is a need for replacement and supplementation. The Incensement of staff and the changing work methods / priorities has lead to increased demand for these types of instruments. In the last few years have these type of instruments (GNSS) been applied in new areas of work.
The agreement includes the delivery of GNSS instruments, total stations levelling instruments for different geodesy and surveying needs. In addition the GNSS / GIS solutions and GNSS for VegReg.
The agreement is a framework agreement and applies to the entire Awarding Authority in all of the locations in Norway, ie, the entire agency. Duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from the date of a signed contract with option for an extension for 1 + 1 year(s).
The agreement will be distributed as follows:
- The supplier with the best bid will get approx. 55% - 60% of the delivery.
- The supplier with the second-best bid will get approx. 35% - 40% of the delivery.
