Experience and good references from similar services is required
Documentation:
— A list of at least 2 important deliveries/contracts in the past 3 years (must be relevant in execution and extent in relation to this contract). Information regarding the content, value, dates and award authority, including telephone numbers and email addresses that award authority can contact, shall be submitted for each of the deliveries. Award authority is free to choose how many and which of the listed references are contacted.

— Selected references may be contacted for information on their experience of service provider, if the assignments have been completed satisfactorily, and if documentation of prior controls have been executed satisfactorily.
Requirement:
Service provider must have sufficient execution ability and competence/approvals.
— Brief description of service provider's organisation and service department that will be carrying out the assignment. An overview of the number of personnel, professional competence, experience and approvals shall be submitted.
— Documentation that the personnel responsible for performing the service are approved skilled elevator fitters, shall be submitted with the tender.
— Documentation showing that service provider is an approved registered elevator company shall be submitted with the tender.
The service provider shall have in place quality assurance system/HSE system/ internal control of its operation.
— Brief description of existing routines to certify that the requirements are met.
Overall wage and working conditions
— Service provider must confirm that they have proper employment contracts with their employees, and that employees have salaries and working conditions, regardless of nationality, that are not worse than those stipulated by national tarrif agreement, or is otherwise normal for the location and professions. This requirement applies both to service providers' employees and any sub-contractors who directly contribute to fulfill the contract with Fredrikstad Municipality.

— Award authority has the right to ask that service providers and any sub-contractors must document, on request, the wages and working conditions of their employees.
— Violation of this clause in the contract period, may result in termination of the agreement.
Service provider's managers and employees shall have high ethical standards and professional business conduct
— Completed self-declaration of ethical requirements, Appendix 3
