This is an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the supply of equipment to patient rooms at Sarpsborg Municipality's nursing homes and other institutions.
This agreement is intended to ensure that the award authority, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost effective and rational purchase of equipment to patient rooms for Sarpsborg Municipality's nursing homes and other institutions.
The agreement comprises the products listed in Annex 6, price schema, and Annex 5, Requirement specifications, and closely related products. In cases where doubt may arise concerning the interpretation of whether a product is "closely related" or not, it is the award authority's contract manager who shall decide.
