The Ministry of Defence (FD), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requires guard services at the Awarding Authority's premises. The assignments mainly comprise accompany guard services for personnel without security clearance who shall execute works at the Awarding Authority premises. The Awarding Authority also requires assistance to the security staff in connection with sickness absenteeism, holidays, etc.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Very good solidity is required:
The company's latest annual report as well as recent information with relevance to the company accounting figures. Annual reports are defined as the report the Norwegian companies submit to the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The Awarding Authority will obtain accounting figures and credit appraisal from a credit rating agency.

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Statement of the company's quality assurance/quality control system.
Very good implementation ability is required.
E.g.: Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its implementation. Name of the contact person for the assignment shall be stated. If the company expects to engage sub-providers in connection with implementation of the assignment, equivalent information shall be given in relation to the personnel involved in the assignment.

A list of the main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients. Based on this list, 3 relevant assignments shall be described. Name and e-mail address for a contact for each of these 3 assignments shall be given
