Framework agreements furniture - University of Bergen

Universitetet i Bergen

The university (including affiliated companies in which UiB has an ownership share of 50 % or more) would like to enter into a framework agreement for furniture that ensures efficient and secure ordering, the ability to delivery, good product quality and price for our final users.
The furniture's design are area of use can depend on the buildings and purpose. There is a desire to have a broad selection of furniture and fitting elements, with colours/material types for, amongst other things, offices, meeting rooms, communal areas. Different solutions for HSE adaptations per person or for the community. This applies, amongst other things, to desks that can be raised/lowered, office chairs, meeting room furniture etc.
A framework agreement shall be signed with a minimum of three and a maximum of five suppliers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders. The distribution of assignments between the framework agreement partners will be in accordance with the distrubution mechanism described in the tender documents and in the contract, see annex 3.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement is for 2 years. The awarding authority shall have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year to a maximum of 4 years.
A pilot project has been started up for procurement cooperation for the university and university college sector.
The University of Bergen is running one of the pilot projects called the SAK project.
The cooperation partners, the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), the Arts and Design University College in Bergen (KDB) and the Centre for Internationalisation of Education (SIU) can use this contrarct.
They will then be the awarding authority via a separate adhesion contract. The adhesion contract that can be used is attached.
The above mentioned cooperation partners have confirmed, before this competition notice, that they can be interested in entering into an adhesion contract for this procurement.
