Statsbygg invits companies to an open tender competition for framework agreements for electrical work in region east's properties in Østlandet. The framework agreements will include continuous work connected to the existing properties and power installations, including operation, maintenance and assembly work.
One framework agreement shall be awarded for electrical work for each area. Tenders can be given for several areas, but the awarding authority will assess each area separately and will not therefore accept tenders for discounts for several areas.

1. Østfold,
2. Akershus,
3. Oppland,
4. Hedmark; The Glomdal district,
5. Hedmark; Hedmarken,
6. Hedmark; Østerdalen.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).
Service providers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies are required to enclose equivalent certificates as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered. If sub suppliers are to be used, a company certificate shall be enclosed for these companies.

A credit rating from a cetified credit rating agency. Not older than 6 months. The entire report shall be enclosed and it shall include key figures for the last three accounting years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

Service providers are required to have the financial ability to fulfil this contract and be credit worthy or better (minimum rating A or equivalent).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
Description of the service provider's area of competence.
Organisation map, and an overview of the number of persons that the service provider can currently use within the professional areas in the contract, as well as a statement that the service provider has spare capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Relevant documentation such as a certificate of apprenticeship/craft certificae/masters cetificate that proves that the requirement is met.
An overview of which professional areas shall be left to sub suppliers and a binding statement for the sub suppliers that the service provider intends to use in the contract period. Alternatively other documentation that the sub suppliers are committed can be accepted.

- overview of relevant reference contracts including listed buildings, carried out in the last five years with a statement of the awarding authority, the size of the contract, contract value and date of execution.
