Framework agreement for hiring of consultants for Project Administration (Project management and Construction management), as well as engineering design consultancy for the project areas P1-P5 (Road/transport/Traffic safety, Water and Sewage, Buildings, quick clay proofing measures, Zoning plan works). 3 contracts with tenderers for each project area will be entered into. The Project manager and the Construction manager must not have same tenderer. For the project engineering consultancy service it is not vital that tenders are given for all disciplines (may be complemented with sub-providers). Miniature tender contests for the framework agreement partners are to be held for assignments above a certain value.

Klæbu municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has very few own employees in relation to construction projects and shall therefore from time to time engage external construction management and building owner representative.
Antall eller omfang: Applies for assignments of a certain complexity and scope.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner: Option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation of the agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Company registration certificate.
2. Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
3. Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
4. Company tax certificate (National requirement).
5. Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

1. Overview of the company's total manpower.
2. Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
3. A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
4. A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
5. A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
