Framework agreement, working and service clothing as well as protective equipment to Statsbygg

The Awarding Authority invites to an open tender contest where the purpose is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of working and service clothing as well as protective equipment.
The Awarding Authority's operational service involves to a large degree administrative service functions versus physically demanding labour. It is therefore important that the clothing is representative instead of pronounced wearing qualities.
The clothes shall have high comfort, quality and functionality. Moreover, the Awarding Authority's logo shall be profiled in a good manner. The Awarding Authority employs women in the projects and operational organisation so the assortment must also be adapted to female fit.
The Awarding Authority emphasise that quality is vital for the clothes lifespan. The Awarding Authority therefore requires quality in relation to tensile strength and tear resistance, wear resistance, colour-fastness, burling, seam (double/simple), comfort, fit, etc. The supplier shall offer clothes in the sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.
If special adaptation is required due to regular standard measures not fitting, the supplier shall offer special adapted clothes. Further information of the cloths required quality and functionality, see annex 1; requirement specification.
The objective of the procurement is to ensure the Awarding Authority's employees quick access to the required working and service clothing and protective equipment, in accordance with given specifications; compare Annex 1: Requirement specifications. Estimate of annual purchases is given in annex 2; estimate of annual purchases. The agreement also includes properties on Svalbard.
