Framework agreement, travel agency services for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund

The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a travel agency for purchase of travel agency services. The framework agreement involves travel agency services in connection with booking of flights (domestic and abroad), overnight lodgings, other hotel services (domestic and abroad), as well as other transport requirements (bus, train, boat, etc.) related to trips. The agreement shall contribute to ensure the Awarding Authority the required capacity and high quality of travel activities and overnight lodgings in connection with the employees' official journeys. The agreement shall cover reservations, bookings and management of the following services:
— Individual domestic flights (round trips head office/branch offices), including hotel accommodations, if any,
— Individual abroad flights (round trips head office/branch offices), including hotel accommodations, if any,
— Group travels with airplanes, including hotel accommodations (domestic and abroad),
— Group travels with bus/train, including hotel accommodations (domestic and abroad),
— Hotel services in connection with journeys and other arrangements,
— Other transport services in connection with journeys and stopovers (to/from destination, etc.).
The contract may also include booking of rental cars and of train, bus, boat journeys.
Communication and booking of the described transport and stopovers shall mainly go through online, netbased self-service systems situated at the travel agency, where each traveller can enter, search and book trips and stopovers. The system should also be applicable in connection with booking of smaller group journeys.
