Oslo Politidistrikt - Økonomiseksjonen

The objective of the agreement is to meet Oslo Police district's, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirement for telecommunication installation services and products. The agreement includes cabling of computer network, spread network telephony, fibre, coax as well as other cabling related to computer rooms. Consequently the Awarding Authority is requesting both services and supplies.
The supplier has an individual responsibility to comply with the described requirement specifications. It is the Awarding Authority's ICT division who shall manage the daily operation of this agreement. The agreement period is 4 years with a value of approx. 3 000 000 NOK. Deliveries to be agreed upon.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
Presentation of credit rating report. Self-declaration verifying compliance with salary and working conditions in public contracts. It shall be verified that the requirements is fulfilled as well as self-declaration regarding salary and working conditions. The Awarding Authority may, subsequent to contract signing, require right to access documents and right to conduct other inquiries which enables the Awarding Authority to control if the requirement for salary and working conditions are met during the contract period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Membership in relevant recycling systems. If the supplier is manufacturer or importer of products included in commercial financed recycling systems, membership or member no. in recycling systems shall be presented. If this is not available, a membership shall be entered into within contract signing.
