Senter for IKT i utdanningen

Senter for IKT i utdanningen, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a tender contest where the purpose is to enter into a framework agreement in connection with development assignments related to the service and project portfolio.
The framework agreement is divided in three based on the following lots:
1. Interaction design and web design.
2. General system development.
3. Drupal specific web development.
The assignments awarded within the various parts of the framework agreement will constitute a mixture of smaller short-term assignments and major long term projects, dependent on the Awarding Authority requirement for resources.

The framework agreement period is 2 years. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 year. It is estimated that the total value of the framework agreement (4 years) is from 20 000 000 NOK to 40 000 000 NOK. It is expected that this will be divided the following for the various lots:- Interaction design and web design; approx. 20 %.- General system development; approx. 40 %.- Drupal specific web development; approx. 40 %.The estimate is based on expected resource requirement, but is not binding for the Awarding Authority. The requirement varies from year to year, dependent on funding, activity level and other frame conditions and requirements.An agreement shall be entered into with up to 4 providers for each lot.
