Undervisningsbygg shall enter into an agreement for annual safety and condition assessment, service and maintenance and purchase of installation of new sports equipment folding/sliding walls.
Undervisningsbygg has 22 sports halls and 131 gymnasiums. The need for annual safety and condition assessment, service and maintenance and purchase of installation of new sports equipment and folding/sliding walls related to Undervisningsbygg's administration and management of properties. The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that sports equipment is in proper working order and eliminate risk, so that sports equipment at all times is satisfactory and that the safety of use is ensured.

Award authority has the right to require that the framework agreement is extended by up to 2 years under the same conditions. The agreement can be extended by 1 year at a time.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounts. The credit report must be submitted and shall contain figures for the last three financial years. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency. The Award authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit evaluation if necessary

— Annual accounts for the last 3 financial years including the directors' report, income statement, balance sheet, notes and auditor's report

If the supplier has valid reasons for being unable to prove their financial position in accordance with the above documentation requirements, the Award authority will consider other appropriate documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— A list of the principal deliveries and services performed in the past 3 years, including information on the value, date and name of the public or private recipients,

— Information/resume of education and professional qualifications of the supplier's personnel and the company's administrative management/for the personnel who are responsible for performing the services (skills matrix),

— An account of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years,

— Description of the company's methods for quality assurance (quality/management system) or a certificate issued by independent bodies confirming that the supplier meets certain quality standards.
