Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

(1) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
Self-declaration regarding compliance with wages and working conditions in public contracts. The Awarding Authority requests verification that the requirement is fulfilled, as well as self-declaration regarding wages and working conditions. In accordance with requirements, Oslo Police District (the Awarding Authority) shall, subsequent to entering into contract, have the right to implement other surveys that enables the Police District to conduct controls which verifies that the wages and working conditions are complied with during the contract period.
