Framework agreement, purchasing of pay and display machines for parking in Bodø Municipality

Bodø kommune

The contract is a framework agreement for purchase of pay and display machines for prepaid parking time and payment of actual P-time using credit cards. For machines with payment for actual parking time it should be possible to complete card transactions on any machine based on wireless network.
The contract also covers management system, applications for enforcement of payment for actual parking time, prefabricated concrete basements, installations, commissioning, documentation, training, and preventive maintenance.
The contract includes an option of purchase of PIN-pad for EMV terminals, exchange units for coins, wired network and spare parts needed in the lifetime of the pay and display machines. Offers that does not include exchange unit for coins and wired networks will be accepted.
Duration of the framework agreement is one year, with an option to extend for further 1 + 1 + 1 year.
The agreement makes no commitment for the client to acquire, but gives the supplier the exclusive right to deliver if the principal term of the Agreement decides to procure equipments in accordance with the agreement.
Without obligations; the purchaser expects that the first order will be confirmed in the spring of 2013 and will include 25 pay and display machines in one area (prepaid payment with coins and credit cards) and 30 machines in anothern area (payment with coins and payment for actual parking time by credit cards, ending on any pay and display machine)
