Framework Agreement - Purchase of Windows/Android-ompatible devices for students

The framework agreement applies for the purchase of laptops for students who attend upper secondary schools in Rogaland. In addition, the agreement includes the county's pupils who are covered under the Adult Education Act, students who attend upper secondary school who are over the age of 25. This is an offer that the Rogaland county authority gives its pupils and is better known as the "ElevPC scheme".
The ElevPC scheme is optional for students and applies for the students who are attending for the first time in Vg1. Students can only use the “ElevPC Scheme” 1 time. The ordering Period may vary, but the supplier is obliged to have the machines available for students during the order period.
Two competitions will be announced simultaneously, one for OSX / iOS-compatible devices and one for Windows / Android-compatible devices. The students have the choice of which device they will purchase based on one of the relevant framework agreements.
