The Award authority wishes to enter into three agreements: a framework agreement for the purchase of software and equipment for CCTV system, a maintenance agreement and a support agreement for the purchase of support services.
DSS wants a turnkey supplier and suppliers must be able to tender for all three contracts.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The framework agreement for the purchase of software and equipment CCTV system shall have a duration of two years with an option to extend the contract by another two years, one year at a time (1 +1) so that the contract will have a maximum duration of four years.

Associated maintenance agreement shall have a duration of two years. The customer shall have an option to extend the contract by one year at a time until either party terminates the agreement.

The support agreement shall have duration of one year with an option to extend the contract for another three years, by one year at a time (1 +1 +1), so that the contract will have a maximum duration of four years.

The option is triggered automatically unless the customer notifies the supplier in writing within three months before the original agreement expires. The customer can choose to extend one or more of the contracts.

- Description of the supplier's capacity, including by reference to current staffing and any joint venture partners associated with this particular delivery.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

- Supplier shall have procedures to ensure that the video security system operates at all times within the requirements of IEC 400/700 and IEC: 50132 and other relevant standards and regulations for technical supplies in Norway.

- Supplier shall show the performance of three supplies in the last three years relevant related to software and equipment for CCTV systems high-end segment. One of the systems should have at least 200 total active video channels distributed over a substantial number of controllable cameras delivered to the same customer. Supplier shall provide their commitment and quantify the contribution.
