Avinor, incl. Oslo Airport shall procure one-way/flow sluices to secure transition points from safeguard areas to landside.
The procurement comprises installation of new sluices and maintenance/service.
Service provider should have experience from provisions to airports, and be familiar with current airport regulations.
Service provider's service organisation must master Norwegian.
The service provider must have an extensive service organisation in Norway.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

2+3) Service provider must be up-to-date with their payments of taxes and VAT. Documentation of this must be no older than 3 months.
4) HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Norwegian procurement regulations.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Service provider must have sound finances.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Service provider is required to have experience in supplying the requested.
Service provider must have implemented a quality system based on the provisions of ISO 9000 or equivalent.
The quality system shall be documented by table of contents in the company's quality manual.
