Framework agreement, purchase of cleaning services

Nasjonalt organ for kvalitet i utdanningen (NOKUT)

NOKUT – the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement with one service provider of cleaning services. The service shall, in addition to daily cleaning of office premises and common areas, include spring cleaning in the same areas, procurement of consumables related to cleaning and storage of these, as well as equipment and detergents used by cleaners. The Awarding Authority shall 24.1.2014 move into new premises in Drammensveien 288, Lysaker, Oslo.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

The tenderer's most recent annual report as well as recent information with relevance to the company's financial situation. Credit appraisal with key figures from an approved credit rating agency. Binding agreements with sub-providers, if any: statement of liability from relevant sub-providers, description of the sub-provider's organisation/ company structure/owner structure and area of operations, a statement of the proportion of the contract which may be provided by a sub-provider, the sub-provider's tax certificate, VAT certificate and signed HSE statement

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower

(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
