Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 1 year + 1 year.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

The service provider shall be approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, c.f. regulation regarding approval of cleaning companies and regarding purchase of cleaning services, or substantiate that such approval will be given when the contract is signed, at the latest. The service provider shall have immaculate conduct. The service provider shall comply with the eight basic ILO conventions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating of the company, not older than two months from the tender deadline. The assessment shall be prepared by an independent institution that provides regular credit ratings to companies, and the result shall appear in the documentation as a graded value (i.e a letter or numbers, etc.) on a defined grading scale.

The provider's payment history and possibly payment remarks must be explained, in addition to the company's basic data, such as the age of the company, the size of the share capital and whether it is fully paid, current assets and liabilities and long-term financial development.

Recently established companies that cannot obtain an appropriate credit rating, may submit alternative documentation.

The service provider shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfill the contract, including being creditworthy.

A brief and general description of activities, including:
— A statement of the company's business concept and core competence related to the scope of the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history , organization and ownership, as well as a description of current activities.
— A description of how the company is organized for the execution of this contract.
— A brief description of the overall quality assurance system the provider will base the execution of the contract.
The service provider may chose to engage other companies in order to comply with the technical and professional qualifications requirements.
If the service provider chooses to engage other contractors, documentation for the relevant recourses shall be presented and it must be substantiated access to these resources during the contract period, e.g. by presenting a statement of liability, guarantee, joint venture agreeement or equivalent.

This is independent on the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. the supporting companies may either be the service provider's controlling company, a different company in the same group of companies, a joint venture partner or equivalent.

Certificates from equivalent assignments for the previous three years. The certificates shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the awarding authorities for the various assignments and shall as a minimum contain:
— A brief description of the assignment.
— Date of implementation.
— Contract value.
— Name and telephone number to the reference person at the awarding authority. If signed or confirmed certificates are not feasible, the service provider shall present a list of all relevant assignments with description in accordance with the above listed points. The Awarding Authority shall be given authority to contact the listed contacts
