Framework agreement project administrative services

Randaberg Kommune

The municipality of Randaberg shall enter into framework agreements with 3 providers for project administrative services within building and construction. Within the agreement there shall be carried out assignments within project management, design management, construction management, SHA-coordination, etc.
The awarded suppliers for this tender competition shall be awarded all assignments with a value of up to 200 000 NOK. For assignments valued at over 200 000 NOK shall the Awarding Authority hold mini competition between all 3 of the framework agreements (No. 1, 2 and 3 for this tender competition).
The assignments shall vary in size and content. Project administrative services for all municipal construction projects shall be resolved within the framework agreements.
The estimated annual scope of the projects within the framework agreements are estimated to be up to approximately 1 000 000 NOK. The total estimated value including options is then estimated to be up to approximately 4 000 000 NOK.
