Statsbygg, c/o the Professional Resource Centre Department, invite companies to an open tender competition for framework agreements for HVAC and sanitation consultancy services.
The Professional Resource Centre is a department in Statsbygg that consists of several different professional units that provide professional consultancy in Statsbygg's construction and administration projects. The HVAC and Sanitation Section (FV) has, in periods, a lot of work and has therefore a need to bring in outside capacity. We would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with a HVAC and sanitation consultant.

It is difficult to estimate the extent of assignments that will be ordered through the framework agreement, as this will, amongst other things, depend on the supply of projects, future grants and the future manpower situation. The intention of the framework agreement is to be able to serve the projects when the section does not have capacity.The need can comprise approx. 0.5 - 1.5 manlabour years per annum.When a need occurs, Statsbygg will request assistance in accordance with the contract. Tenderers are expected to be able to provide one of the offered consultants within approx. 5 days after each request. It is the offered persons that shall be available.The framework agreement will be for a one (1) year period, with Statsbygg having the right to extend the contract for up to three (3) years (1+1+1 year).
