Kristiansund kommune

The municipality of Kristiansund requests to establish a framework agreement for plumbing services. This includes the rehabilitation of existing buildings and smaller new buildings. With major modifications / new constructions it must be assumed that Kristiansund municipality will collect bids for individual works.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The Awarding Authority has the option to extend the contract with the same terms and conditions for up to 1 + 1 year(s) so that the total potential contract length is 4 years. Any extension of the contract must be released no later than two months before its expiry.

The Awarding Authority will obtain the information presented below (credit grade 'A') via RavnInfo.no ¿¿credit information company. On the background of this basis it is not required for suppliers to submit this information. (RavnInfo.no ¿¿contains key information on all companies in Norway). Suppliers are requested to investigate whether there is such information RavnInfo.no¿¿.

If the supplier has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Awarding Authority, the supplier can prove his economic and financial standing by any other documentation which the Awarding Authority considers appropriate.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The supplier must have good economic and financial strength in relation to its operations in general and in relation to this acquisition disposition. It is required a minimum overall credit rating grade of A (credit-worthy) or for further information regarding the better described onRavnInfo.no ¿¿its rating.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Attached copy of master plumber certificate.

— Attach documentation of responsible executing and responsible for visitatorial the execution of up enterprise classification 3.

— The supplier shall have a minimum of 3 people in his organization who has a craft certificate / certificate of apprenticeship in plumbing, the craft certificate / certificate of apprenticeship shall be attached with the bid. A statement must also be presented for the suppliers workforce beyond the required 3, and the instrument, machines, tools, materials or equipment that supplier has available for use to perform the contract / assignment.

CV's for key personnel for the execution of the assignment must be attached (point of contact for the Awarding Authority, as well as minimum 3 Supervisors/foreman).

— A description of the supplier's three most relevant assignments during the past three years. The description must include specification of the assignment values, dates and recipients (name, telephone and e-mail.) References will be contacted by the need for clarification of the assignments relevance. It is the case that the supplier's are responsible to document the relevance of the assignment through the description.

— It is required that the supplier is a master plumber.

— The supplier shall be responsible for executing and responsible for controlling the execution of up to enterprise classification 3 for individual buildings within the relevant working range and projects within the enterprise classification 2

— The supplier shall have sufficient capability ability and capacity.

The Awarding Authority requires that bidders establish an organization with the expertise to carry out the assignment.

— The supplier shall have experience from a minimum of 3 assignments with similar work tasks / assignment, during the last 3 years.
