The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for Norges Bank to prolong the agreement with further 2 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) Company registration certificate.
2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
5) Other documentation required (please state below).
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes, VAT and employers' national insurance contributions.
The tenderer shall have an efficient HSE system.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
The tenderer shall ensure settled conditions in relation to pay and working conditions for the employees. This shall be verified by presenting self-declaration of pay and working conditions.

Description and documentation of the company's professional qualifications and competence in supplying office and computer accessories and copy paper to companies of corresponding complexity and extent.
Overview of principal deliveries with corresponding competence areas for the previous 3 years.
Description of the tenderer's organisation, including number of employees and employees who will contribute to comply with the contractual obligations.
The tenderer's management rooted environmental policy shall be attached the tender. I.e. simple statement of existing environmental routines. Documentation/certificates for environmental certifications shall be attached.

The tenderer shall have sufficient professional qualifications to implement the assignments.
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to execute the assignments.
The tenderer shall have adequate delivery capacity.
