Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester

The procurement is divided in 3 independent tender competitions where the tenderers are evaluated based on given award criteria for each tender competition. The awarded contracts will constitute individual units after the contract signing, and prolongations, if any, are subject to separate evaluations. The tenderers are therefore invited to submit one or several separate tenders divided in the given tender competitions, under the geographical areas listed below. Further divisions are not accepted

The Narvik area (mainly Bjerkvik).
2. Market area Hålogaland department North part II:
Andøya municipality (mainly Andøya air station).
3. Market area Hålogaland department North part III:
Harstad, Evenes and Tjeldsund municipalities.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial and economic strength.
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit appraisal of the tenderer not older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders. The appraisal shall be issued by a company with credit information concession from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. See www.datatilsynet.no. The result of the credit appraisal shall be presented as a graded rating (letters or figures) against a defined scale.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to complete the contract.
Mechanical equipment used in connection with implementation of this framework agreement shall be in technical good condition and shall comply with all public requirements for each machine.
Sub areas I and II:
The tenderer (as a company) shall have good experience and competence with execution of works included in this agreement. The tenderer shall be able to achieve local approval for the areas included in the contract.
Sub area III:
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Central approval or documentation which substantiates that local approval will be achieved in accordance with the Planning and Building Act for the following approval areas included in the old approval scheme:
— Function: Engineering design and executing (possibly paramount liability for execution).
— Type of enterprises: “Ground works and landscape design” or “Plants, structures and installations”.
— Enterprise classification 2.
New approval scheme:
— Type of enterprises: “Ground works and landscape design” or “Buildings, plants or structures and technical installations”.
