Framework agreement lunch foods and catering

ROAF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has the need to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of lunch foods and catering / food for meetings. The delivery shall meet the needs and requirements as described in Annex 1: “Kravspesifikasjon” (Requirement specifications).
The Awarding Authority requests primarily to enter into a contract with one turnkey supplier, but reserves the right to assume entire or parts of the bids received.
The acquisition is a framework agreement for the supply of lunch foods, drinks, fruits and filter coffee.
In addition, the delivery includes individual orders of catering/food for meetings/ready to eat food and cakes in connection with board meetings, events, visitors, overtime, etc.
The delivery shall be made to the ROAF Miljøpark, Berger, Skedsmokorset.
The delivery includes food and drinks for the lunch scheme of the Awarding Authority's 70 employees 5 days per week.
The lunch shall consist of the basic pantry of bread and spreads, salad bar and drinks.
1-2 days per week shall there be prepared heat beefburgers, chicken, hot soup, etc. or other types of heated foods.
A defined portion of the lunch foods delivery shall be organically produced products - refer to the clause 3.2.9 in the requirement qualifications. The requirements for organically produced goods does not apply to the catering delivery.
Organic products which shall be supplied under the contract are as follows:
- Daily 5 different types of fruit for a common room;
- 2 varieties of juice and 2 typess of milk dispensers in the cafeteria/lunch room;
- Eggs;
- Coffee for the coffee filter makers.
For reasons for the Awarding Authority storage and storage options shall the Awarding Authority essentially make the ordering of products two (2) times per week.
The deliveries shall normally happen two (2) times per week within 9:00 am.
The lunch scheme is not defined as canteen management.
