The contract involves departments mainly under Sørlandet Hospital in Kristiansand. Kristiansand is defined as the hospital in Kristiansand with all associated premises situated in Kristiansand municipality. Minor assignments outside the municipal border may occur. The works mainly includes consecutive maintenance works and smaller reconstruction projects in connection with assignments and structural alterations for the hospital. Some project assignment may also be included. Delivery of tenders: All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline). It is important that the tenderer has equipment and competence to splice fibre cable and that the tenderer can implement coverage tests for location of wireless access points in a building. The tenderer must also be able to deliver and install various types of audio/video signal cables, computer/telecommunication cables, various types of racks, panels, power points, etc. for various types of data, telecommunication, signalling, alarm and monitoring systems.
The tenderer shall have the overall responsibility for laying fibre cables between buildings (including i.a. excavating, hole making, asphalting, etc.).
