Framework agreement, low voltage installation works

Sørlandet Hospital, represented by the Operational unit, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement regarding low voltage works with accompanying materials. The contract involves departments mainly under Sørlandet Hospital in Kristiansand. Kristiansand is defined as the hospital in Kristiansand with all associated premises situated in Kristiansand municipality. Minor assignments outside the municipal border may occur.
The works mainly includes consecutive maintenance works and smaller reconstruction projects in connection with assignments and structural alterations for the hospital. Some project assignment may also be included.
Delivery of tenders:
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline. If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.no, www.buypass.no, or www.bankid.no.
Attention is drawn to the fact that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
