The documentation and qualification requirements are given in the tender documents point 4.2.08.1:

1. Registration/certifications etc.

Tenderers shall be registered in a professional register, trade register or company register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Documentation requirements as stated in the accompanying point 1.01.

2.01 Tenderer's financial and economic position

Tenderers must have the financial and economic capacity required by the contract.

The documentation requirements are given in the accompanying point 2.01.01.

2.02 Tax arrears

Tenderers shall not have tax arrears for which there is no repayment contract with the tax authorities.

The documentation requirements are given in the accompanying piont 2.02.01.

2.03 Debt negotiations or bankruptcy

Tenderers shall not be in the process of debt negotiations or banktrupt.

3.01 Cental certification from DIBK

Tenderers shall have central certification within the profession lift fittings or they shall be able to document that local certification will be given. At least development class 2 within PRO and UTF.

3.02 Certification from DSB

The company shall have certification/registration for engineering design services and the execution of electrical installations in lift fittings. Documentation as given under the same point.

3.03 Lift installer

Tenderers shall have an authorised lift installer employed in the company. Documented by a copy of the authorisation.

3.04 The tenderer's work force

Tenderers shall have at least 10 of its own employees in the work force and at least 3 of its own employees in the administrative management. Tenderers must have resources in their own company or be able to use resources who have the education and professional experience required for the execution and inspection of the contract's main professional area.

3.05 The tenderer s main executed services within the contract s professional area

Tenderers shall, during the last 5 years, have had at least 2 framework agreements of an equivalent size and complexity.

3.02.01

An overview of similar works carried out during the last 3 years.

The documentation shall state the works' value and the date and place of the work, and state to what extent the work was carried out professionally and properly.
