The Awarding Authority is 2030 Sør-Varanger municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority. This is invitation to an open tender contest involving a framework agreement for leased vehicles.
Finnut Consult AS assists with implementation of the tender contest. Presently the Awarding Authority leases 30 passenger and delivery trucks. These leasing agreements are expired during the agreement period.
Date of the main delivery is week 2/2014. After this date, the Awarding Authority intends to lease vehicles in accordance with requirements. Vehicles and vehicle administration is an environmental impacting activity. As a part of the Awarding Authority's efforts with reducing environmental impacts, the environmental profile of the vehicles and their suppliers shall be positive. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
