Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

For Norwegian service providers: Company registration certificate.
For foreign suppliers: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as described in the law in the country where the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years
(4) Other documentation required (please state below)
The company's last annual accounts including notes, the board's annual report and the auditor's report, as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.
The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit rating.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service providers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(3) Other documentation required (please state below)
List of the most important deliveries or services performed in the last three years, including information on value, date, as well as the name of the public recipient. A short description is required of each individual delivery.
An account of the service provider's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service providers shall have very good experience from equivalent contracts for public authorities/companies.
Service providers shall have good capacity to provide services under the framework agreement.
