Framework agreement, GIS: converting, structuring and importing infrastructure data in ArcFM

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requires support for various assignments related to GIS (geographic information systems). A new data model has been developed. The new model is a joint model for Water and Sewage, Electricity, and Energy. The next few years the Awarding Authority will have a high focus on converting, structuring and importing the existing infrastructure documentation in to the new model in ArcFM.
It may also be relevant to work with Tele and POL (Petroleum, Oils, Lubricants) data. Assignments related to survey in connection with increasing quality of infrastructure data may also be included in the contract. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
