Framework agreement. Furniture to Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Nord-Fron and Ringebu municipalities

The Awarding Authority shall enter into framework agreements for delivery of furniture to offices, conference/meeting rooms, canteens, schools, kindergartens, and health institutions in the participating municipalities.
Agreements shall be entered into for 4 product groups. The framework agreements shall include all enterprises at the joint venture partners with requirements for products described in the tender documents with annexes.
Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities, as well as Oppland County, has formed joint procurement cooperation - named INNOFF.
The cooperation implies that several future tender contests, like this, are carried out jointly.
The above listed municipalities are participating in this tender contest. Lillehammer municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is responsible for the implementation of the tender contest.

The framework agreements period is 2 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation. Sør-Fron municipality shall have option for entering into the agreement within 6 months.
