Framework agreement fuel
Eidsberg Kommune, Innkjøpssamarbeidet Indre Østfold
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipal need for fuel and other transport related supplies for vehicles and tank container rental to municipal businesses.
The agreement(s) shall also apply to the vehicles that the municipality owns at any given time. The agreement shall also apply to leased vehicles. Bids can be submitted for the delivery for only one, to several selected or all of the municipalities.

It is an absolute requirement by the Awarding Authority that the supplier has a gas station / pump available in the city center of the municipalities and located within a maximum of 3 km from the respective town halls. Alternatively, the supplier may establish an agreement with a fuel station / pump within this frameworks agreement start-up date. Each municipality is free to choose the overall best financial offer for its municipality.
