Tenders can be given for one, several of all of the municipalities. It is an absolute requirement from the awarding authority that the supplier has a petrol station/pump in the centre of the awarding authority's municipalities, situated with a maximum of 3km distance from the respective town halls. Alternatively, the supplier can establish a petrol station/pump by the time this framework agreement comes into force. Each municipality is free to chose the total economically best tender for its municipality.
