Framework agreement fuel
Eidsberg Kommune, Innkjøpssamarbeidet Indre Østfold
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the municipality's need for fuel and any transport related supplies for vehicles and the hire of tanks for municipal entities.
The contract(s) shall apply for the vehicles that the municipalities own at any time. The contract shall also apply for leased vehicles. Tenders can be given for the delivery of one, several or all of the municipalities.

It is an absolute requirement from the awarding authority that the supplier has a petrol station/pump in the centre of the awarding authority's municipalities, situated with a maximum of 3km distance from the respective town halls. Alternatively, the supplier can establish a petrol station/pump by the time this framework agreement comes into force. Each municipality is free to chose the total economically best tender for its municipality.
