Framework agreement for water and sewage water projects

Norsk Vann BA, the Awarding Authority, which is a national interest and expertise organization for the Norwegian water and sewage water works/local authorities, has established a system for financing and implementation of joint development projects within the Norwegian water and sewage sector. The system is called the Norwegian Water Project. The Awarding Authority will in the following years invest in development projects within the following priority areas:
— Security and emergency preparedness;
— Recruitment;
— Viable water and sewage water.
The Awarding Authority would like to establish framework agreements with consultants with expertise within these areas. The focus is to enter into contracts with three bidders within 2 tender areas (one for water and sewage water-technical projects and one for "non-technical" projects) with a duration of 3 years with an option for the Awarding Authority to extend for an additional year. The assignments will be assigned on the basis of mini competitions between the suppliers that has agreements in place and the Awarding Authority. The estimated turnover is approx. 3-4 million Norwegian krone per year per tender area.

The duration of the framework agreement is 3 years. The Awarding Authority will have the option to extend the contract for one additional year. This shall then be notified within 3 months prior to the expiration of the 3-year contract period.
