Framework agreement for travel agency services for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund

In order to cover the need so that the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund's employees shall, in the most cost efficient way, be able to book and purchase journeys and overnight stays for official journeys, the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund would like to enter into a framework agreement with a travel agency.
The framework agreement is for travel agency services for booking and purchasing flights (domestic and abroad), overnight stays and other hotel services (domestic and abroad), as well as other travel needs.
The contract shall contribute to ensure that the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund has access to a wide selection of travel offices for flights and hotels, at good market prices and with an efficient booking system. In addition the contract shall ensure professional consultancy and follow up for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund for arranging group journeys/arrangements.
The contract shall cover reservations, booking and dealing with all travel bookings for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
