Framework agreement for tools

Rogaland fylkeskommune

Rogaland County, the Awarding Authority, henceforth referred to as RFK, invites to a tender contest for delivery of tools. Type of tools to be procured is given in point 1.3 and chapter 4 in the tender documents as well as the price form. Tools are primarily purchased by the upper secondary schools in Rogaland with the education schemes Building and construction engineering and Technical and industrial production (presently 5 schools) as well as operations managers at all RFK's schools.
However, all RFK's units/departments in the county shall be free to enter into the agreement. See annex 3 for further overview of RFK's upper secondary schools and units.
Tools are defined as hand held tools, preferably for the special fields/education schemes: Electro subjects, technical and industrial production subject, as well as building and construction works' subject. The various units in RFK are free to choose within the range of goods delivered by the supplier.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 1 year + 1 year in accordance with conditions given in the tender documents' chapter 6.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

In order to assess the supplier's economic and financial position, the supplier shall permit the Awarding Authority to obtain credit information from Experian. The credit appraisal must be minimum worthy of credit. See the tender documents' chapter 3.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
The supplier shall enclose an overview of the company's total manpower (organization chart) and how the supplier is organised in connection with implementation of the framework agreement.
