Framework agreement for tools

Rogaland fylkeskommune

Rogaland County Council (RFK) issues an invitation for competitive tendering for tools. What types of tools are to be procured is given in section 1.3 and section 4 of the tender documents as well as in the price form.
Tools are primarily purchased by the high schools in Rogaland that have the education programmes Building and Construction and Technical and Industrial production (at present 5 schools) and operations managers at all RFK schools. However all RFK units/departments in the county shall be free to make use of the deal. For a more detailed overview of RFK's high schools and entities, see Appendix 3
By Tools means hand tools preferably in the professional fields/education programmes: electrical, engineering and industrial manufacturing and construction.
The various units within RFK will have the freedom to choose within the supplier's range.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Award authority has the option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 year in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the tender documents Chapter 6.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Supplier is asked to agree that the Award authority may obtain credit information from Experian to assess the supplier's financial position. Must obtain an assessment of creditworthy. See the tender documents Chapter 3
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
Supplier shall submit an overview of the company's total manpower (organization chart) and how the company is organized to implement the framework agreement.
