The aim is to choose a supplier of national travel documents. The national travel documents shall be in accordance with the legislative decree 2252/2004, cf. the Commission's decision C (2006) 2909, as well as ICAO 9303.
In this contract, national travel documents means:
- Ordinary passports
- Emergency passports
- Express passports (option)
- Diplomat passports
- Service passports
- Special passports
- Foreign passports
- Travel proof for refugees
Norwegian travel documents shall be personalised in Norway, there is no equivalent requirement for the production of empty trave documents (non personalised travel documents).
